It is with profound sorrow and regret that I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Tyoden Family upon the passing of the illustrious Prof. Sonni Gwanle Tyoden, a paragon of intellectual rigor and statesmanship. His irreparable loss leaves an unfillable void in the annals of our state's history.

I have fond memories of working closely with Prof. Tyoden during his tenure as Deputy Governor, particularly during my tenure as Permanent Secretary, Government House. His leadership, vision, and collaborative spirit made a lasting impact on our work, and I greatly enjoyed the opportunity to serve alongside him. His remarkable legacy, characterized by unwavering dedication, unrelenting passion, and visionary leadership, will continue to inspire generations. Notably, his instrumental role in the success of the past administration deserves special recognition, and his tireless efforts to drive development and progress in Plateau State will forever be etched in our collective memory.

Please accept my sincerest sympathies and prayers for the repose of his noble soul. May the family find solace in cherished memories and the knowledge that his impact will be deeply felt for years to come.
