Hon. Chief I.J. Ammah recently commended Hon. Chief Mrs. Mary I. Afan (MNI), the esteemed Federal Commissioner of the National Population Commission (NPC) representing Plateau State, for her impactful decision to appoint two prominent and talented individuals as Special Assistants.
